I have recently, though an article on Stumble, discovered that eharmony went through a lawsuit having to do with the fact that homosexuals are completely excluded by the service.

I don’t care what you have to say about religion here. What I’m asking is if it is ethically right to exclude 10% or more of the population from such a service as eharmony. Thoughts?
