I haven’t been on eharmony long, but so far I like them. I’ve gotten several matches and begun communication with a few of them. They’re not free. You can post a profile for free, but you won’t be able to communicate with any of your matches except you pay. As for the safety aspect, all common sense dating rules still apply – meet in a public house, don’t get in their car on the first date, etc., etc.
