I imagine there are others who would like to express their feelings, peacefully, about pedophiles and their need to change their ways or to seek treatment if it is something they cannot resist. Chemical “surgery” is possible to reduce those urges.

But I get what you’re implying. The term perversion is short for perversion against nature. Meaning that some behavior is perverse if not found elsewhere in nature. Homosexual behavior is all over the natural world (mountain goats, penguins, monkeys, beetles) thus it is not a perversion.
Your moral point failed. As to your legal point, a child cannot consent to any sexual behavior. Any act is not legal if one or more participants is incapable of consent (such as child, an animal, a dead person, etc.) So no such act could ever be made to be legal. Homosexual adults are able to consent, therefore what ever behavior they partake of together is legal, since the parties are consenting adults.

Gay people are adults, and have the right to be treated as such. Children are not mature enough to handle that decision. The court has always held that to be true.
And as long as we are on it, because I know how you guys like to take this to extremes; animals and inanimate objects don’t count either because they are not intelligent enough to make that decision.
You do realize that if you guys would give gay people their rights, they wouldn’t have to fight tooth and nail for them and they wouldn’t have to sue you at every corner just to get what is already theirs.
If you insist on handling things the same way we handled black rights, women’s rights, and even Christian rights, then they will have to fight the same way that blacks, women, and Christians all had to fight.
No one is taking away your rights, they are not making you get married to someone of the same gender. They are not trying to control your life, they are trying to get you to stop controlling theirs. Give them what is rightfully theirs, or you will continue to get this fight.

Once again we see people equating the rights of gays with pedophiles. How crazy!! When you talk about protecting children from being exposed to gay agendas have you even considered that part of the children you seek to protect are going to grow up to be gay adults?

Some people will read this and say that will never happen! However we have been pushed down a very slippery slope by the liberals who succeeded in stripping morality from mainstream society. Things that were out of the question as little as 20 years ago are considered ‘normal’ now. We have a President who is the most left thinking liberal in history, who will nominate more radical liberal judges like Ruth Bader Ginsberg who thinks that 12 should be the age of consentual sex. Yes, 12 as in 6th grade children. It’s sickening. God help us.
Consenting adults can enter into a legal contract to have sex willingly. What your grandfather did years ago does not have value today.

I have no idea how this happened. I personally don’t have any problem with gay couples, gay marriage…I don’t see it as a perversion.
What I do see as a perversion is that the courts would somehow be allowed into a situation like this. Isn’t it a business’ right to refuse service?
This is a travesty to the American system. I plan on filing a lawsuit against the state of California. I’m a smoker, I want to smoke in bars. I’m being descriminated against. I want to go shirtless and barefoot into my local liquor store when I go to buy my smokes.
