I’ve liked thіѕ shy guy fοr a few months, аnd I finally qυеѕtіοnеd hіm іf hе want tο gο tο a ѕhοw. I know a ѕhοw isn’t thе best thουght fοr a first date, bυt wе both lіkе movies. I want tο know hοw wе саn still hаνе a conversation, аnd gο tο a ѕhοw. I don’t won’t tο gο tο dinner, I personally reflect thats tοο much οn thе first date. Anу thουghtѕ, thіѕ іѕ οnlу mу second date wіth аnу guy еνеr, ѕο dating tips wουld bе appreciated аlѕο.
i did a show date for a first date once, and i didnt delight in it haha it was awkwarddd cause we may possibly talk and stuff. So maybe meet up earlier or soemthing
I would recommend you go somewhere with the date either to get ice cream or bowling or something. The first date is really where you get to know the person, and you can’t really do that in a dark, surround sound room.

Try getting to the theater a bit early so you can have a excellent conversation before the show start. Flirt a small during the show, and then you can talk some more with the show.
talk before the show and with the show, you don’t have to go straight home with do you? if not just hang out maybe go to an arcade or something simple. or maybe just go and get ice cream, cuz it’s not too formal or anything. just be chill with him.

It’s entirely doable to say coolly, “Hey, _____ just came up, and I was wondering if you’d be ok with doing ______ instead of seeing a show, is that cool?”
If he’s only going out with you because he wants to see a show, then you’re wasting your time. So assume that you’re not wasting your time, and do something else. Go on a hike. Go to a mutual friend’s party. Anything. Don’t let the fact that you’ve mentioned a show set you in stone.
Yes….the show was a terrible thought. Some tips I suggest are if he tries anything, go away. Don’t be to nervous and check yourself every 1/2 hour to see if you are getting a bit to desperate. Just be cool and everything will fall into house. Of course, if he is a jerk, slap him and get a taxi home.
Just a helpful tip: Always have enough money for bus fare(you know what I mean).
I reflect that the movies is a fantastic thought for a first date because it takes away the first-date awkwardness and any uncomfortable jittery feelings. You can’t really talk a whole lot, but maybe you may possibly suggest getting some coffee or some ice cream afterward so you may possibly talk. Excellent luck!

idk thats sweet akward. if i were u try to show up late or when the previews already start so u dont have to just sit there with nothing to say for liek 15 minutes. during the show just talk because if u just stop then it wont be akward because the show is the distraction
i dont know if you like to talk as much as i do during a show, but small jokes or comments can bring two public closer together, and you’ll get to know each others likes/dislikes and sense of humour ;P its fun! and before and with the show, you can always public mind or something as well and talk.

Dinner and a show is an AWESOME thought for a 1st date lol…well for me anyway…if the guy discussion all during the show or shouts at the screen I know we’re not gonna make it because thats my largest pet peeve. At any rate…my boyfriend of 5 months now…our 1st date was show and dinner…and it was dinner that we really got to talk..about the show…and other crap lol…anyway…you can go for a walk…bowling, a arcade like someone else suggested.
but my largest tip…DON’T KISS ON THE 1ST DATE! dnt do it! and just Have Fun!
